Incredible journey
Helen Bamber is an amazing woman. For six decades she has been working with and supporting the victims of torture, violence and genocide, yet she retains a sharp sense of humour and an unquenchable faith in humanity. She tells us her remarkable story.
On Sunday 20 May, at London's Charing Cross Theatre, a fabulous line-up of female comics including Jo Brand, Shazia Mirza, Jenny Eclair and Maureen Younger take to the stage for a very special benefit for the Helen Bamber Foundation.
